“THE URBAN OASIS” A PRIVATE EVENT FOR ELITE COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONALS
The Contractors, Closers & Connections (CCC) Executive Leadership Team is proud to present ”The Urban Oasis” Co-Hosted by HRE Real Estate at ELEVEN17 in Sandy Springs on Thursday, September 26th from 5:00 – 9:00 PM!
The Urban Oasis at ELEVEN17 is a Class-A office building designed and developed by industry veteran, Holli Edie, President of HRE Real Estate.
This newly renovated property delivers an unexpected oasis focusing on tenant engagement, hospitality, technology, and wellness. The focal point of this property is a multi-use central courtyard hosting a sensory-filled environment designed to enhance and captivate the creative workforce and to provide an unparalleled environment for businesses and tenants alike. Included is a putting green, bocce ball/corn hole court, stage with tiered lawn amphitheater seating and many other seating options and fire pits. Nestled in the secluded interior, the innovative and purposeful biophilic design seamlessly blends nature with modern office, providing a serene and rejuvenating experience made to captivate the creative workforce.
Attendees will be exploring new relationships with potential joint venture partners, real estate development firms, building owners and operators, debt lenders, attorneys, equity providers, investors, elected officials, economic development directors, commercial real estate brokers, property management firms, CPAs, owner’s representatives, consultants, acquisitions managers, architecture practices, and local business entrepreneurs.
This event is intended to be a casual meet & greet social without formal speaking engagements or breakout areas for the commercial real estate industry to mix & mingle as we welcome the Fall Season.
We’ll be featuring a live DJ and a bourbon tasting experience courtesy of Our Local Heroes Private Label Bourbon in partnership with Legends Distillery. Additional premium spirits will be provided by our exclusive beverage partners at 712 Vodka and Santo Tequila.
(250+) patrons will be in attendance, dress code is business casual, cocktails and light appetizers will be provided.
A portion of event proceeds will go to benefit ATL Vets a local 501c3 charity in Atlanta dedicated to empowering United States veterans.
