CCC “PROJECT UNDERGROUND” A PRIVATE EVENT FOR ELITE COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONALS
The Contractors, Closers & Connections (CCC) Executive Leadership Team is proud to present “Project Underground” at Underground Atlanta on Thursday, May 1st!
We’ve partnered with Lalani Ventures to provide attendees with a comprehensive look at current and future real estate development updates and opportunities at Underground Atlanta.
Lalani Ventures CEO, Shaneel Lalani, purchased Underground with the vision to restore and revitalize this iconic destination. Shaneel has since grown Lalani Venture’s real estate portfolio to more than two million square feet of commercial space, with the vast majority of properties located in Georgia. On the heels of the Underground Atlanta acquisition, Lalani purchased 34 Peachtree, a 300,000-square-foot office building in downtown Atlanta, with plans to revive the dated office tower.
This special event will feature (1) a private “VIP Event” daytime function for our CCC Members and (2) an “After-Hours Open Invitation” which will allow the general public to register as our only open-invitation function of 2025 in an effort to drive as much traffic as possible to Underground Atlanta to witness the updates of the development and interact with their new tenants.
Attendees will be exploring new relationships with potential joint venture partners, family offices, real estate development firms, building owners and operators, debt lenders, attorneys, equity providers, investors, elected officials, economic development directors, commercial real estate brokers, property management firms, CPAs, owner’s representatives, consultants, acquisitions managers, architecture practices, and business entrepreneurs.
(300+) patrons will be expected in attendance, and the dress code will be business casual.
We will be reserving attendance for higher seniority patrons in their respective firms; entry level attendees will be prohibited from registering.
Professional catering for our VIP Event will be served by Stage Kitchen & Bar, sponsored by our partners at TKG Contractors.
This event will feature choreographed live performances from professional world-renowned dancers Huber Twins.
Open Invitation After-Hours entertainment to include live DJ entertainment and adult beverages will be served.
