CCC ATLANTA “2026 SEASON PREMIERE”

CCC Atlanta proudly presents the first event of the New Year — a highly awaited Season Premiere that sets the tone for 2026 and marks the official return of the nation’s most influential private CRE community.

This long-anticipated evening is more than a launch; it represents a renewed surge of momentum, deal flow, and the powerful connections that define the CCC experience. 

Join more than (400) elite commercial real estate professionals—developers, investors, owners, brokers, lenders, managers, and elected officials—coming together for an unforgettable kickoff to the year.

Set against the picturesque backdrop of the Chattahoochee River at sunset, this year’s season launch is co-hosted in partnership with Insignia, the distinguished family-operated real estate firm that owns and operates the stunning 9040 River Ridge campus. 

Guided tours of the property will be available.

The evening will also feature a lineup of prominent speakers and industry innovators, including:

Congressman Rich McCormick will deliver a brief legislative update outlining how the Big Beautiful Bill may shape economic conditions, investor behavior, and future opportunities within the U.S. commercial real estate market.

• Jeffrey Graham, The Graham Group (Moderator)

Additional commercial real estate firms including ResiBuilt, Thrive Coworking/Thrive Commercial Real Estate, Kiwi’s Mulligan, and Ghost Kitchens will be set up throughout the venue as Featured Exhibitors. 

This evening’s entertainment will feature a live band along with a premium cigar bar.

Valet parking will be available to our esteemed patrons, compliments of Refined Parking Solutions. 

Event private security will be facilitated by PGS USA.

A portion of ticket proceeds will go to benefit Giving Guitars, a 501c3 charity dedicated toward eliminating poverty, and world famous country music artist, Steven Cade, will be performing live and personally signing guitars for our silent auction.
