We’re proud to announce the Contractors, Closers & Connections (CCC) season-opener of 2023 “Adapt & Reuse” co-hosted by Third & Urban, Cushman & Wakefield, Bridger Properties & FCP at Westside Paper!

On Thursday, January 26th we will be hosting a Private Event specifically catered toward professionals in the Commercial Real Estate Development, Investment, Brokerage & Management communities.  Attendees will have the pleasure of learning more about the inspiration behind the redevelopment of Westside Paper, and property tours will be offered showcasing the exciting tenants that currently occupy the property, and what opportunities there are for tenants to move into unoccupied spaces!

CCC takes great pride in our selective invitation process and attention to balance that we institute across the respective verticals throughout the Commercial Real Estate & Construction Industries; The CCC Atlanta Executive Leadership Team intentionally hand-delivers, individually emails, and personally messages the top professionals from the most influential firms into a constantly-evolving ecosphere which resists stagnation.

The (300+) Commercial Real Estate Professionals who will be attending will be exploring new relationships with potential joint venture partners, debt lenders, attorneys, equity providers, elected officials, real estate brokers, property management firms, analysts, owner’s representatives, acquisitions/development directors, architecture firms, entrepreneurs and more!

We’ll have DJ KB playing some tunes, a cigar station from Liberty Cigar Company, our friends at Pour + Savor will be providing a mobile bar featuring signature cocktails from our vodka sponsor, 712 Vodka and an exclusive tasting station from our tequila sponsor, CaliFino Tequila!  On-site parking is complimentary.
