The Contractors, Closers & Connections (CCC) Executive Leadership Team is proud to present our final Private Event of 2023 “Casino Royale” 🎰 at the Reeves Young HQ complete with Christmas-themed signature cocktails 🍸strolling magicians 🎩 exquisite appetizers 🍖 special guest speakers, Santa Claus 🧑‍🎄 appearance, and a dual-story fully-equipped casino ♠️ environment!

Alexander Cartwright, Managing Partner of Vilicus Capital, will be our featured guest breakout speaker discussing the Conversion of Hospitality Assets to Multifamily Apartments.

Attendees will be exploring new relationships with potential joint venture partners, real estate development firms, building owners and operators, debt lenders, attorneys, equity providers, investors, elected officials, economic development directors, commercial real estate brokers, property management firms, CPAs, owner’s representatives, consultants, acquisitions managers, architecture practices, and local business entrepreneurs.
