“CENTENNIAL YARDS EDITION”

Contractors, Closers & Connections (CCC) is proud to present “Centennial Yards Edition” at Wild Leap Brewing Co on Thursday, April 13th from 5:00 to 9:00 PM co-hosted by CIM Group & Centennial Yards Company!

Our patrons will have the opportunity to learn about the current progress and future plans for Centennial Yards, the ambitious $5 billion 50-acre urban revitalization project expected to transform underutilized property in the heart of Downtown Atlanta (“The Gulch”) into a thriving community with leading businesses, retail establishments, a world-class entertainment district, and thousands of new apartments designed to develop a diverse, collaborative, and inclusive community.  Nick Garzia, Vice President of Leasing for CIM Group, will be leading the discussion and fielding Questions & Answers regarding the master development plan.

This will be a Private Event specifically catered toward professionals throughout the Commercial Real Estate Development, Investment, Brokerage & Management communities.  The Commercial Real Estate Professionals who will be attending will be exploring new relationships with potential joint venture partners, debt lenders, attorneys, equity providers, elected officials, economic development directors, real estate brokers, property management firms, analysts, CPA’s, owner’s representatives, acquisitions managers, development directors, architecture firms, entrepreneurs and more!

There will not be space for the usual accommodations of our usual event size, so this will be more of an exclusive event for VIP guests, first and foremost.
