“SKYRISE BRUNCH”

On Thursday, November 3rd, Contractors, Closers & Connections will be hosting an intimate Private Event exclusively for professionals in the Commercial Real Estate Development, Investment, Brokerage & Management communities.  Engel & Volkers will be co-hosting this magnificent brunch soiree at the tallest and most elegant skyrise in West Midtown, Seven 88 West Midtown; they will also be offering our attendees live tours of the premises.

Catered brunch will be served from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM.  We’ve enlisted the help of Haute Cuisine ATL, world-renowned for their elegant spreads and quality, who will be serving brunch items to include chicken sausage, waffle & fried chicken with maple syrup, mini pancakes with fruits, mini egg & biscuits, and fresh coffee/juice.

Goode Van Slyke Architecture will be delivering a brief presentation, the architects of Seven 88 West Midtown, elaborating upon the design and inspiration of the development.  Attendees will also experience an exclusive unveiling of Goode Van Slyke Architecture’s most recent collaboration with HLW International on Dezhu US’ 17-Story, 61 Unit Class A Condominium Development on Pharr Road in Buckhead across from the Streets of Buckhead.

The (150-200) Commercial Real Estate Professionals who will be attending should expect to explore new relationships with potential joint venture partners, debt lenders, attorneys, equity providers, elected officials, real estate brokers, property management firms, asset managers, analysts, owner’s representatives, consultants, acquisitions/development directors, and local business owners/entrepreneurs.
